So what is this game about?

It's a mix of shamanism and Indian mysticism.

In Shamanism, the shaman goes into an altered state and travels through the spirit world to heal people or talk to spirits. The world in this game is the spirit world.

In Indian mysticism, there is the concept of 7 Chakras that needs to be open to be able to fully connect with the higher power and achieve enlightenment. The orbs represent the Chakras. The Lotus is usually a representation of Chakra opening.

The game is about traveling through the spirit world and healing the physical body.
